Services for Writers
My Approach
Compassion
Sharing your work with strangers can be scary and intimidating. Offering your writing for critique can be a painful process. My goal is to encourage you with gentle feedback. I’m critical, but I’m nice about it.
Knowledge
I’m a certified book coach, and I’m an author myself. I’ve published six novels and three novellas. I know how to write a book start to finish, and I’m here to guide you. Are you starting with an idea? I can help you turn it into a novel. Do you have a first draft? I can help you polish it. Do you think you have a finished project ready for publication or querying? I can help you make sure.
Enthusiasm
I’m a coach because I love it. I get excited about your work, and your ideas. I’m not here to ghostwrite, I’m here to cheer for you, encourage you, and celebrate with you when you finally have a copy of your novel in your hands.

FAQ
What genres do you work with?
I love working with women’s fiction, contemporary romance (any steam level), and thrillers, especially female-led domestic thrillers.
I love multi-POV, dual timelines, unreliable narrators, and dark secrets.
I’m not a good fit for sci-fi or fantasy, but I can refer you to another coach.
I’m also not a good fit for projects that are heavily religious or include anti-LGBTQ themes.
Do you use AI?
No. I do not use any AI when I am evaluating your work. I will never upload your work into any AI software. All feedback you receive is directly from me, in my words.
Do you guarantee that I can get published?
Of course not. Anyone who guarantees publication is probably going to try to sell you a package with a vanity press.
Publishing is a competitive industry. My job is to help you get your project in as good a shape as you can, for whichever path you choose to pursue.
Do I have to have publishing as an end goal?
No. While I enjoy working with authors who are pursuing a publishing path, I also love working with hobbyists. Here’s a secret: you can write a book for fun. You don’t have to publish, and if you do publish, you don’t have to market. This can be something you’re doing for yourself.
